Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Automotive Account Manager to lead and grow automotive staffing accounts across a designated state or region. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between our clients and staffing branches, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, and continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for all automotive clients in your region
- Conduct regular on-site client visits to ensure satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
- Build long-term relationships through trust, responsiveness, and excellent service
Regional Ownership & Reporting
Own the performance and health of all automotive accounts in the regionTrack and analyze account trends, staffing metrics, and client feedbackProvide regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to the Vice PresidentBranch Collaboration
Partner with local staffing branches to ensure seamless client service and workforce deliverySupport workforce planning, onboarding, and expansion efforts with each branch teamAlign on service expectations and hold teams accountable for fulfillment standardsBusiness Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sectorConduct client presentations and site visits to introduce staffing solutionsCollaborate with internal sales teams to expand the automotive client portfolioPerformance ManagementMonitor client satisfaction, fill rates, and service quality across accountsRecommend and implement process improvements based on performance dataEnsure each account meets or exceeds performance and service level expectationsTravelTravel frequently within your region to support existing accounts and develop new businessConduct client site visits, attend branch meetings, and represent the company in the fieldQualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred2+ years of experience in account management , staffing , or sales rolesAutomotive industry experience strongly preferredProven ability to build strong client relationships and drive account growthStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM platformsComfortable with frequent travel and independent workWhy Join Us?
