You work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers, First Responders, and Community Leaders after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm. Your years of experience allows you to think quickly but in a controlled manner to ensure the property owner that you can take care of their property. You are a dynamic speaker and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings.

Why the Team Needs You? Serving others in their time of need is not easy. We will need you to build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and sign mitigation work to stabilize and secure the structure and prevent further damage to the property. The ERC will develop a positive and trusting relationship with the property owner.
