Midas Hospitality is seeking a Server to join our team at the newly built and soon to be opened JdV by Hyatt located in Brooklyn, NY. This position will provide exceptional food service to hotel restaurant guests while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Greets and takes food and drink orders from restaurant customers, serving the orders and accommodating special needs / requests.
• Memorizes menu items, recipes and daily specials in order to answer questions and make recommendation to customers.
• Clear tables during function (pre-bus)
• Complete assigned sidework.
• Deliver room service orders to guest rooms as needed
• Prepare to-go orders in accordance with the hotel standards as needed
