• 1-2 long weekends per month with weekday coverage for trauma cases
• 20 - 50 consults and up to 10 surgeries daily volume varies seasonally
• Weekly alternating call between facial trauma and hand trauma
• Residents provide first call coverage
• Busy outpatient setting
• Facial and hand trauma experience required
• Ongoing coverage potential
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
