We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead one of our Harley-Davidson dealerships in Southern California. This is a high-visibility role for a proven operator who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and understands the importance of culture, accountability, and customer experience.

You’ll be empowered to lead the dealership with full operational responsibility across all departments. You\'ll have the tools, playbook, and support structure of California’s largest Harley-Davidson dealer group behind you—so you can focus on what matters most : leading people, driving performance, and delivering results.

The Opportunity

• Take full operational ownership of a Harley-Davidson dealership in our Southern California region
• Drive performance across Sales, Service, Parts, and Motor-Clothes with clear KPIs and structured systems
• Lead and develop department managers and ensure team alignment to company standards
• Implement and manage a proven playbook that delivers consistent outcomes
• Foster a customer-first culture while meeting financial and operational goals
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership for ongoing strategy, support, and development

Compensation : Base salary starts at $140,000, with a performance-driven path to $200,000+
