The Role

We’re looking for an Accountant with commercial real estate experience who enjoys variety and ownership in their work. You’ll be hands-on with a diverse portfolio, handling full-cycle accounting while working side-by-side with a supportive Controller and finance team.

Day-to-Day, You’ll :

Manage accounting for multiple real estate entities.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financials.

Reconcile bank accounts, tenant ledgers, and balance sheet accounts.

Assist with budgets, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.

Support audits, tax filings, and compliance.

Look for ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.

3+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience.

Solid knowledge of GAAP and property accounting.

Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar software.

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

A self-starter who works well independently but thrives in a team setting.
