Security Professional - Manufacturing Site Patrol - Flex

As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Site Patrol - Flex in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while your strong communication skills and commitment to exceptional customer service will create a positive experience for everyone on site. Pay Rate : $18.54 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Day Time Wed 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
  • Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs as required by Allied Universal and client guidelines.
  • Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and coordinating with site personnel and / or emergency responders as needed.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Experience providing customer service is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
