Permanent, full-time Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist role in Las Vegas, NV (metropolitan region; relocation required) Join a highly specialized 14-bed Cardiac ICU serving the only congenital heart surgery program in Nevada Clinical duties : hands-on pediatric CICU care, ECMO / cardiac cath program support, 400 surgical cases / year, plus procedural sedation and pediatric / neonatal transport Rotating schedule, including night / weekend / on-call shifts, provides team continuity Academic interface : work with resident physicians from multiple specialties (pediatrics, family medicine, EM) Modern facilities including 24-bed tertiary PICU and new 30-bed pediatric ED Must be BC / BE in Pediatric Critical Care or Pediatric Cardiology (with CICU training) Not open to locums or visa sponsorship Comprehensive suite of benefits : competitive salary, possible sign-on / relocation support, full health / dental / vision, fertility / family planning, 401(k), ESPP, leave benefits, and discount programs Note : Immediate local residency is expected Las Vegas offers a vibrant lifestyle, major attractions, and no state income tax.
