What You'll Do (The Impact)

  • Empower children by conducting thoughtful evaluations and creating fun, play-based therapy plans.
  • Collaborate closely with families and our amazing team of OTs and PTs to provide holistic, child-centered care.
  • Champion each child's progress, adapting goals and recommending tools like AAC to help them communicate and connect with their world.
  • What You'll Bring (The Essentials)

  • Must-Haves :
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA CCC-SLP ( Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply! )
  • Current (or eligible for) Texas SLP licensure.
  • A genuine passion for pediatrics and a neurodiversity-affirming approach .
  • Bonus Points For :
  • 2+ years of pediatric experience.
  • A strong belief in the power of a play-based approach.
