Sr. ERP / WMS Administrator on a full-time salaried basis.
Location : Hybrid (on-site a few times per week) in the Bloomington area.
WHAT YOU'LL DO : As a Sr. ERP / WMS Systems Administrator you'll lead the strategic direction, operational excellence, and technical oversight of our fulfillment business applications. As a key member of this team, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the ERP fulfillment system, Datex, while mentoring ERP Administrators and ensuring our systems run efficiently, align with business goals, and support future growth.
- As the Lead / Senior ERP Administrator, you'll provide technical guidance and serve as the primary escalation point.
- Drive the ERP strategic roadmap specifically focused in WMS, in collaboration with senior leadership to align projects with long-term business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and oversee major ERP initiatives including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage ERP configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, and security.
- SQL : report writing, query writing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical, configuration, and data integrity issues.
- Maintain strong documentation and ensure best practices are followed across ERP processes.
- Support product, material, and tool data accuracy within the ERP system for seamless fulfillment operations.
Experience
4+ years hands-on experience administering enterprise ERP systems.Proven leadership experience in ERP administration.ERP configuration, development, and administration experience.Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, basic administration, and report writing).Familiarity with TypeScript, APIs, and / or JSON.Experience in a fulfillment system environment; Datex experience strongly preferredExcellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with accuracy.ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The pay range for this type of role is approximately $100,000 - $120,000. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. The final rate will be determined by factors such as experience, market trends, and specific job assignments.
