TELLER / MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Teller / Member Service Representative at our Clintonville branch. The Teller / Member Service Representative creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution, uncovers member needs while opening new accounts, and educates members on credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
• Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution including :
• CD maintenance
• Sub accounts
• Member disputes
• Fraudulent transactions
• Credit report reviews
• New account maintenance
• IRAs and HSAs
• Opening new accounts with knowledge of account ownership, authorized signers, and supporting documentation required for all accounts, including business, trust, estate, guardianship, custodial, hardship, and representative payee accounts
• Asking probing questions to identify member needs, educate members on financial services, cross-sell credit union products and services, and direct members to other credit union representatives when appropriate

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have flexible availability, which will include Saturdays, be passionate about member / customer service and thrive in a team and results oriented environment.

Branch hours

Branch hours : Mon–Fri 8 : 00am–5 : 30pm; Sat 9 : 00am–12 : 00pm.
