Permanent Primary Care Physician OpeningLocation : Brattleboro, VermontPosition Type : Full-Time, OutpatientStart Date : Fall 2025 Position Highlights

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

32 hours patient-facing + 8 hours administrative

Call Schedule : 1 : 11, phone-only (no in-person call duties)

Setting : Outpatient only (Family or Internal Medicine)

Patient Population : Adults & Pediatrics

Patient Volume : Approx. 14 patients / day

Duties Include :

Outpatient care & chronic disease management

Charting, care coordination, quality initiatives

On-call phone support rotation

Participation in long-term succession planning Requirements

Start Date : Must be available to begin by Fall 2025

Licensure / Certifications : Must meet all required clinical licensure and certification standards

Commute : Not open to candidates commuting more than 1 hour

Exclusivity : Not open to candidates planning to work another job simultaneously Compensation & Benefits

Salary : Competitive, based on experience and qualifications (discussed in interview)
