Jiu-Jitsu Coach - STRIKE Studio Job at US Fitness in Apex

$40 - $50 hourly

Summary Objective : The Jiu-Jitsu Coach will design and lead structured Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi Grappling classes with an emphasis on fundamentals, live drilling, and supervised rolling. In addition, the coach will deliver diverse workouts - including boxing, kickboxing, HITT, and technical conditioning - for clients of all experience levels. Working closely with STRIKE coaching team and leadership, the coach will help grow the program by recruiting and retaining clients. The role requires creating a safe, engaging, and results-driven environment that supports members in achieving their fitness and martial arts goals.

• Deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience to every member, every time.
• Develop personalized programs to meet member goals.
• Develop and maintain a boxing client base.
• Teach safe and effective classes in accordance with industry standards.
• Show dedication to the member experience by promoting cleanliness and member engagement.
