As an Urgent Care Clinic Manager, you'll oversee operations at both our Saugus and Malden, Massachusetts locations, serving as the heartbeat of our dual-site operation. You'll lead a combined team of approximately 16 administrative and clinical staff members across both facilities, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and operational excellence at each location.

This role combines the fast-paced environment of urgent care with the strategic leadership impact of multi-site healthcare administration. You'll divide your time between both locations based on operational needs, peak hours, and business priorities.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Medical Assistants at both locations
• Receptionists and front desk staff
• X-Ray Technicians
• Administrative support personnel
• Close partnership with Providers and Advanced Practice Professionals across both sites

From patient satisfaction and staff engagement to scheduling, compliance, and P&L management - you'll have full ownership of both centers' performance while ensuring consistent service delivery and operational standards.

Work environment :

Fast-paced urgent care with frequent role-switching; prolonged standing / walking; routine exposure to blood and body fluids (strict PPE adherence); occasional lifting up to 2530 lbs; weekend / evening shifts and float coverage as needed. This dual-location position requires regular travel between AFC Saugus and AFC Malden facilities (approximately 4 miles apart). Flexibility to spend varying amounts of time at each location based on operational needs.

Final compensation offers will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, certifications, education, and geographic location.
