Inside Sales / Lead Generation Sales Associate
The Inside Sales / Lead Generation Sales Associate will generate revenue by calling into small and mid-size companies, and generating leads and meetings for the outside sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in technology sales.
The responsibilities include :
- Prospect new sales opportunities with small and medium businesses applying lead generation sales methodologies
- Meet or exceed quotas for qualified leads / appointments passed to the sales team through phone and email-based prospecting
- Promptly follow up with and qualify marketing-generated inquiries for our services
- Perform all lead nurturing activities once qualified prospects are identified
- Research and gather information about target SMBs and develop prospecting lists
- Qualify prospects, arrange sales appointments, perform online research to prepare for client visits
- Conduct web research and navigate organizations' sites to uncover appropriate contacts
- Document all activities and interactions in the CRM tool
- Efficiently manage prospect pipeline to produce maximum results
- Create and perform various outbound call campaigns around verticals, specific events, or targets in addition to ongoing primary lead generation activities
- Support our direct or indirect channel sales efforts as needed or requested
- Heavy phone prospecting in order to set qualified appointments; develop utilizing a conversational approach to uncover and qualify new business opportunities
The knowledge, skills, and qualifications required include :
Must have previous inside sales / lead generation B2B experience. Small business sector a plusStrong phone prospecting and marketing skills; ability to reach prospects creatively, identify decision makers, handle objections positively and professionallyMaintain CRM data, ability to share best practices, continually improve processes, and provide clear and consistent reporting to managementProactively manage your schedule and leads pipeline in order to meet milestones and objectivesField inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potentialMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environmentMust have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalismDemonstrated ability to deliver above-expectation results in driving pipeline growthDemonstrated ability to conduct extensive outbound cold callingExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; detail-orientedAbility to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentCompany Overview :
