About the Role
We are seeking highly experienced bartenders to deliver exceptional service at a high-profile, multi-day private event. Guests will range from corporate professionals to high-energy content creators, requiring polished service, speed, and adaptability. You will work closely with a team of bartenders and a bar manager to ensure seamless, rapid beverage service.
Responsibilities :
Set up and stock bar stations with spirits, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, and glassware before service starts.
Prepare, batch, and serve specialty cocktails to exact recipes.
Maintain consistent pour sizes to control inventory and ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Manage bar cleanliness and organization during service.
Break down bar stations and assist in post-event cleanup.
Communicate proactively with bar manager and event coordinators.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of professional bartending experience (private events, banquets, or high-volume bars preferred).
Licensed to serve alcohol in Georgia and TIPS-certified, or hold an equivalent Georgia-approved alcohol safety certification (ServSafe Alcohol).
Strong cocktail knowledge, including batching techniques for large events.
Ability to handle 200+ guests per service shift efficiently.
Outgoing personality with professional demeanor to engage varied guest types.
Must be 21+ years old.
Availability for the entire event duration, including early setup and late closing.
Preferred Skills :
Experience working with event coordinators and catering teams.
Familiarity with inventory control during rapid service.
Ability to work under a manager in a team-oriented environment.
