Talent Acquisition Manager
Talent Acquisition is a key part of VTS' success, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us fill critical roles across our business. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, source and engage top talent, and guide candidates through a best-in-class hiring experience. You'll bring a thoughtful approach to recruiting strategies that balance immediate hiring needs with long-term growth, while acting as a trusted advisor to the business. Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office four days a week.
Here's what you can expect as a Talent Acquisition Manager :
- You'll work amongst a talented team of People professionals who are making a big impact at VTS
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across all teams and locations (US, UK, Canada) from sourcing and screening to closing candidates
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship management
- Act as a consultant and partner to business leaders on hiring strategies, sourcing strategies and initiatives aimed at helping us to hire quality talent
- Help drive VTS' employer brand through participation in recruiting events, thought leadership, and other employment branding activities
- Work with a high performing team and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience that reflects VTS' values and culture
- Advise hiring teams on interview best practices, candidate evaluation, and decision-making
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to identify trends and drive improvements
- Contribute to the evolution of recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives
To thrive in this role you should have :
Proven experience as an in-house recruiter, preferably in a tech company, with full-cycle recruiting experience across a range of functions and levelsOpen to agency recruitment experience, preferably running a 360 deskStrong sourcing skills and experience with recruiting platforms and tools (experience with Greenhouse is a plus)You're creative in your approach to recruiting you're not afraid to use non-traditional methods of recruiting talent and love the hunt for the right personStrong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience, including timely follow-through, feedback, and responsivenessExceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized, able to manage multiple searches simultaneously, and proactive in solving challengesExperience working with global teams and collaborating across multiple locationsProcess-driven mindset with experience implementing and optimizing recruiting processesWhat VTS Values & How We Show It :

At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $110,000 and $130,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
