Oklahoma Licensed Primary Care Nurse

A company is looking for a Primary Care Nurse RN or LPN - Hybrid Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, timely, and effective patient-centered care in collaboration with primary care providers

Partner with patients and clinical care team members to drive quality health outcomes

Perform duties in alignment with the organization's mission, values, and service standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Diploma from an accredited school of nursing (RN or LPN)

Active nursing licensure in the state of Oklahoma (RN or LPN)

Preferred education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Preferred experience of at least 6 months in nursing; primary care experience is helpful but not required
