Job Description

As a Security Professional Armed Retail Patrol Driver in Austin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a retail location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service. This is an armed and driving position, where you will be expected to respond promptly to incidents and interact professionally with staff and visitors. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
