Client Service Manager

Deliver client service for the complex and sophisticated major accounts and high-profile clients by overseeing the daily records activities and administration of assigned book of business. Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction to promote client retention, and additional revenue opportunities.

Education and Experience :

• Associate's degree and four (4) years' Client Service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• ASPAA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) preferred
