About The Position

• Work schedule : 40 guaranteed hours 5 x 8hr shifts or 4 x 10hr shifts
• 1 - 2 cases per day with 5 - 15 patients total including ICU and step down
• Call schedule 1 : 3 with weekend rounding during call only
• OR scheduling prioritized over floor rounding when cases available
• Cases include CABG, valve procedures, aneurysms, and thoracic surgeries
• Emergency cases include dissections, urgent CABG, and pericardial windows
• ACNP required with cardiovascular surgery experience
• ACLS certification required
