Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of research and registry-based initiatives within the Translational Research and CoRDS programs. This role oversees cross-functional project teams, manages timelines and resources, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to strategic planning. The Project Manager is expected to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget while maintaining effective communication and documentation across all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree in health services, life sciences, biomedical sciences, nursing, or clinical field required. Master's degree in public health, health care, business, or science related fields is preferred. Minimum of three years' experience managing full lifecycle projects desired. Requires strong quantitative analytical skill. Advanced working knowledge with project management software and Microsoft Office required. Depending on area, may require valid driver's license. Those working in a clinical research setting are required to obtain the following : Certification through Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) or Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA) required within two years of employment into position. If an RN, must also be licensed with the applicable State Nursing Board and / or possess multistate licensure privileges as required by position.
