Accounting Clerk
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry of shipment details and import documentation
Collect, verify, and organize import-related documentation including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to monitor shipment progress, updates, and deadlines
Communicate shipment updates, documentation status, and payment progress to internal teams
Provide general administrative support to the Import Manager as needed
Required Qualifications
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams
Self-motivated with willingness to learn and adapt
