Our client in the Distribution industry is seeking a Temporary Admin Assistant. We are targeting a highly organized individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritize urgent matters. We are seeking a candidate who can start ASAP for a project lasting 3-6 months.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of communication with other departments and comply with the company policies and guidelines
- Follow all phone prompts and customer relations guidelines
- Perform high volume data entry
- Generate standardized reports from the computer
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Responsible for handling a high volume of emails and organizing them
- Work autonomously with little to no supervision
- Coordinate events and lunches
- Handle a variety of projects on a regular basis
Qualifications
