Director of Operations Investment Sales Team
Location : Wall Street Area, New York, NY (Onsite)
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Director of Operations to support and scale one of the top-performing real estate investment sales teams in the New York City market. Based on site in the Wall Street area, this individual will play a key leadership rolemanaging internal operations, guiding a team of brokers and staff, and overseeing high-value real estate transactions, primarily within the multifamily and development land sectors.
The ideal candidate is an operational leader with experience in real estate brokerage or investment sales, strong attention to process improvement, and the ability to manage CRM systems and team performance in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a top-producing investment sales team, ensuring streamlined execution across active listings, marketing, and internal workflows.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of CRM systems to improve team efficiency, reporting, and visibility into the pipeline.
- Partner with senior brokers on deal strategy, client relationships, and valuation of new opportunities.
- Mentor junior brokers and staff, assisting with development, deal support, and client engagement.
- Coordinate across all stages of the sales cyclefrom underwriting and due diligence to marketing and closing.
- Stay current on New York City submarket trends, zoning regulations, and valuation metrics relevant to multifamily and land assets.
- Support clients navigating 1031 exchanges by leveraging knowledge across asset types (including net lease and industrial).

7+ years of experience incommercial real estate operations, brokerage management, or investment salesStrong grasp of transaction lifecycles and brokerage support functionsProven ability to implement and manage CRM platforms (PropertyBase or similar)Expertise in multifamily and / or land underwriting in urban marketsDetail-oriented leader with strong communication, organizational, and team development skillsComfortable working onsite in a brokerage-style office environment in the Wall Street areaCompensation & Benefits
