RISA was founded by Kshitij Jaggi and Kumar Shivang, IIT Kanpur alumni with a proven track record from their previous healthcare startup, Urban Health. Their vision is to streamline oncology care through cutting-edge technology.
Funding
RISA Labs is backed by $3.5 million in seed funding, led by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal, with support from Oncology Ventures, General Catalyst, z21 Ventures, Odd Bird VC, and angel investor Ashish Gupta.
The Opportunity
As the Head of Sales, you will not be selling a product - you will be forging the partnerships that will change an industry. You are a builder, a strategist, and a trusted advisor who can connect RISA's revolutionary AI capabilities with the institutions that need them most.
You will be responsible for creating and executing the go-to-market strategy from the ground up, establishing our presence in the oncology space, and building a world-class sales team to scale our mission. Your success will be measured not just in revenue, but in the trust you build and the impact you help create.
What You Will Do
- Shape the sales strategy, set up processes, and put the right systems in place. You’ll also hire, coach, and grow a strong sales team that’s excited about our mission
- Take charge of the entire sales cycle from spotting opportunities to managing the pipeline and closing complex, high-value deals with leading healthcare institutions
- Build trust with senior executives and decision-makers, especially cancer center leadership, and maintain long-term relationships that are built on credibility and real problem-solving
- Be the customer’s voice inside RISA. Share insights with our product and AI teams, help shape the roadmap, and make sure we’re always aligned with what our customers actually need
- Represent us at key events, conferences, and in the market. Help tell our story and show how our solutions can change the way critical healthcare workflows run
