Tricon Energy is actively seeking an Operations Analyst

to work in our Houston Office. We are currently seeking applicants based inHouston, Tx.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage product, documentation and payment flows for assigned resin business units physical trades with customers, suppliers and third party logistics vendors
  • Match sales orders with the most cost-effective purchase orders based on inventory, location, and freight.
  • Keep supply and logistics data accurate and up to date.
  • Look for ways to reduce costs by improving supplydemand planning and processes.
  • Work with global teams in supply chain, procurement, and logistics to ensure shipments are carried out effectively.
  • Share shipment information clearly with both local and international teams.
  • Build good working relationships with suppliers, customers, and service providers to support reliable trade flows.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or International Trade
  • 25 years of experience in supply planning, logistics, or resin operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to weigh different cost and supply options.
  • Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar) and strong Excel skills; TMS / WMS knowledge is a plus.
  • Clear communication and ability to work well with global teams.
  • Orientation to details, self-structure and highly motived
