• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, and case managers\n
• Engaging with clients, caregivers, and significant others\n
• Providing behavioral health education and management strategies\n
• Assessing clients for additional treatment needs and facilitating access to services\n
• Understanding the physical health needs related to client care, including medication education\n
• Connecting clients with valuable community resources\n
• Leading daily departmental activities as a shift charge nurse\n
• Conducting independent client meetings and triage as referred\n
• Documenting observations and interventions accurately and seeking guidance from team members\n\nQualifications : \n
• A current Ohio RN license\n
• BLS Certification preferred\n
