Director of Recruiting

A company is looking for a Director of Recruiting to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a full cycle recruiting process

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals

Maintain applicant tracking system with accurate documentation on all candidates

Required Qualifications

10+ years of technical recruiting experience

5 years of managing HR or recruiting staff

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience in government contracting and federal HR compliance

ATS experience (Comeet / SparkHire Recruit preferred)
