About the Role

As a Tax Supervisor, you will lead all aspects of tax engagements, supervise and mentor staff, and build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review Business and Individual Tax Returns (1065, 1120, 1120S, 1040)
• Coordinate with clients and advisors on quarterly and year-end tax planning and projections
• Provide supervision, training, and support to engagement staff, promoting open communication to the engagement partner and manager
• Inspire, develop, mentor, and retain staff while providing challenging assignments
• Research and assist with complex tax matters
