Litigation Associate

This is a boutique firm, cultivating a great culture, with more work coming in than they can currently manage. They are highly collaborative and seeking a personable and competent litigation associate for their beautiful new office located in Melville, NY.

• No billable hour requirement!
• Salary of up to $200k
• 5 days per week in the office with very fair flexibility as needed

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years managing complex litigation matters, solid writing skills, and be able to manage cases independently. Open to candidates with civil and commercial litigation (plaintiff or defense), and would love someone who has completed a clerkship.

In this role, you will work on depositions and oral arguments and be allotted tons of autonomy on your cases, which are on par with cases that much larger firms are working on and varied in nature.
