  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and efficiency of our clients' indoor environments by delivering high-quality installations. We're locally owned & operated!

  • Responsibilities :
  • Installation :
  • Install HVAC systems and components, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork, according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Repair :
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant problems. Provide effective repairs to restore systems to proper functioning.
  • Customer Service :
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to explain installation process, thermostat usage, etc. and answer any questions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with all service interactions.
  • Compliance :
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and codes related to HVAC installation and repair. Ensure that all work complies with local and national building codes and industry standards.

    • Qualifications :
    • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
    • Valid HVAC technician license and / or EPA certification.
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
    • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
