M-W Electric Inc. is seeking an Electrical Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our project management team. You'll play a critical role in estimating and bidding on high-profile work across North and South Carolina. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates and takeoffs for electrical construction projects
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, one-line diagrams, and blueprints
• Utilize estimating software (e.g., Accubid) to prepare proposals and bids
• Manage pricing from vendors and subcontractors, ensuring competitive and complete bid packages
• Understand project scope and identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align estimate strategy and execution
• Track awarded project statistics and ensure timely completion of all bids
• Maintain and build strong vendor and subcontractor relationships
• Assist in training junior team members or assistants when needed
