Who we need :

We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and experienced Resident Services Associate for a residential community located in Vernon, CT 06066 .

This position is 4 0 hours a week.

What you’ll do :

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify resident needs and develop individualized service plans.
• Assist residents in understanding lease requirements, resolving lease violations, and navigating eviction engagement.
• Connect residents with relevant community resources, including rent and utility assistance, healthcare, job training, and other social services.
• Organize and facilitate social and educational events to foster a sense of community and promote resident engagement.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident interactions, service plans, and program outcomes.
• Work closely with the property manager, maintenance, other RSCs, and external agencies to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Advocate for residents to ensure they receive all eligible services and that their needs are addressed effectively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant housing regulations and program requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, including file reviews and audits, to maintain program standards.
• Submit weekly reports to management.
