Director of Industrial Channel Strategy

About the Role

We are seeking a trailblazer to build and scale the Offline Condition Monitoring Partner ecosystem into the largest revenue-generating segment in the company. This is a zero-to-one role not maintain and grow. You'll architect the program from scratch with a bold target of $7.5M revenue by 2026 .

If you are comfortable being the first, the pioneer, and directly accountable for results in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and scale a global partner ecosystem for offline condition monitoring.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable 50+ partners across industrial services, condition monitoring, and MRO sectors.
• Drive first partnerships to revenue within 612 months .
• Leverage expertise in vibration analysis, ultrasonic testing, thermography, oil analysis, and motor current signature analysis to build credibility.
• Collaborate with leading vendors (SKF, Emerson CSI, Fluke, Pruftechnik).
• Build and manage a hunter / BDR team (35 people) with aggressive goals.
• Own multi-million-dollar revenue targets and design partner incentive structures.
• Travel up to 3040% for partner meetings, events, and team development.
