Position Overview :
We are a fast-moving, performance-driven fire & safety systems design and manufacturer backed by a leading private equity sponsor. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Finance, FP&A who thrives in high-expectation environments, is relentless in pursuit of operational and financial performance, and can translate data into action that moves EBITDA.
This role will be at the center of our value creation plan — driving forecasting rigor, tightening performance management, and delivering the analytical firepower our leadership team requires to execute on aggressive growth, operational efficiency, and margin expansion targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Performance & Value Creation-
- Lead annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and multi-year models directly linked to value creation metrics.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify margin expansion, SG&A efficiency, and working capital optimization opportunities.
- Build “what-if” scenario models to stress-test strategies and quantify P&L, cash flow, and EBITDA impact.
Data-Driven Operational Execution-
Implement disciplined performance dashboards and KPI scorecards to drive accountability across the business.Own product line and customer-level profitability analytics to support pricing, product mix, and channel strategy decisions.Collaborate with supply chain and operations to deliver cost reduction, throughput improvement, and asset utilization gains.Leadership / Private Equity Engagement-
Prepare concise, insight-rich financial packages for Senior Leadership and PE management.Support M&A activities including target evaluation, financial due diligence, and post-close integration performance tracking.Align reporting and analytics with PE sponsor’s playbook for speed, transparency, and decision-making impact.Execution Excellence-
Drive FP&A process automation and integration with ERP / BI systems to deliver faster, cleaner, and more actionable insights.Challenge assumptions, pressure-test forecasts, and insist on fact-based decision-making.Act as a thought partner to the CFO in shaping the company’s financial strategy and transformation priorities.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.10+ years progressive FP&A experience; experience in manufacturing environment preferred.Mastery of financial modeling, sensitivity / scenario analysis, and operational KPI development.Expertise in manufacturing cost structures, standard costing, and inventory optimization.Hands-on ERP (JDE) and BI experience (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).Resilient, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure; a proactive driver of change, not just a reporter of numbers.Why Join Us :
