Traveling Commercial Roofing Superintendent

  • Base Location : Flexible, ideally in Texas, Maryland, Florida, Virginia or North Carolina
  • Projects; Across Eastern & Southern U.S.
  • Compensation : $90,000–$115,000 Base + Bonuses + Per Diem + Full Benefits + Company Truck

We're working with a fast-growing, high-performance commercial roofing contractor that's tackling some of the most complex projects in the industry—government facilities, military bases, hospitals, and secure industrial sites. They've built a reputation for trust, grit, and getting it done right.

Now, they're urgen tly hiring a Traveling Superintenden t to join their elite field team. You'll go where the company needs you most—stepping into large-scale roofing projects across multiple states and leading them from the front.

This is a role for a confident field leader who thrives in motion, knows how to command a crew, and doesn't need hand-holding. You'll be deployed on jobs that demand sharp instincts, strong organization, and the ability to hit the ground running.

    • What You'll Be Doing :

  • Leading field operations on commercial roofing projects across multiple states
  • Coordinating labor, materials, and scheduling to keep projects efficient and on time
  • Managing field crews and foremen with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality
  • Representing the company at site meetings with GCs, engineers, and clients
  • Solving jobsite issues as they arise—creatively, independently, and effectively
  • Maintaining tight communication with project management while keeping boots on the ground

    • What You Bring to the Table :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent
  • Mastery of TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, coatings, metal, and hot / cold applied systems
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience on complex or secure sites (military, government, hospital, high-rise)
  • OSHA-certified with a strong safety-first mindset
  • Valid driver's license & U.S. work eligibility
  • Willingness to travel frequently and be away for stretches of time (home base location flexible)
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus

    • Compensation & Perks :

  • Base Salary : $90,000–$115,000 + performance-based bonuses
  • Per Diem Provided : Daily per diem for meals + company-covered lodging for out-of-town jobs
  • All Travel Paid : Flights, mileage, accommodations—company handles logistics
  • Company Vehicle : Fully equipped truck, gas card, laptop, and phone
