job_description.job_card.job_description\n Process Setup : Verify materials and set up the assembly process to ensure efficiency and accuracy. \n Assembly : Assemble parts according to blueprint specifications using hand, power, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools. \n Quality Assurance : Inspect final products to meet quality standards and transport them to the shipping department. \n Equipment Maintenance : Maintain tools, equipment, and work area cleanly and safely. \n Heavy Lifting : Operate a crane or hoist to lift items weighing more than 50 lbs. \n Safety Compliance : Work safely and wear the required PPE for the entire shift. \n Team Flexibility : Work in other areas or departments as assigned to meet company goals. \n Basic Skills : Average math skills and simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions in English and complete logs and reports in English. \n Measurement Accuracy : Ability to read a tape measure down to 1 / 16th of an inch. \n Assembly Expertise : Background in assembly or installation with strong mechanical aptitude. \n Blueprint Reading : Experience interpreting and working from blueprints. \n Physical Capability : Handling heavy items, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products. \n Shift Readiness : Ability to consistently stand for the entire shift and work scheduled hours in compliance with company policies. \n Strength Requirement : Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly. \n Environmental Adaptability : Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop environment. \n Team Collaboration : Demonstrates teamwork and the ability to work well with others. \n Personal Attributes : Accuracy, reliability, and commitment to quality and safety. 2nd Shift, Monday - Thurs, 2 : 30 PM - 1 : 00 AM \n Comprehensive Health Benefits : Affordable Medical, Pharmacy, and Dental plans. \n Wellness Initiatives : Employee wellness programs for a healthy work-life balance. \n Financial Security : Life and Disability Insurance, plus a robust 401(k) Profit Trust Plan. \n Work-Life Balance : Paid Time Off (PTO) and company-paid holidays. \n Growth Opportunities : Career development and advancement within a thriving company. \n Competitive Pay & Perks : 2nd shift : 6% added to your hourly wage.
