Reporting Associate

The Agora Companies are seeking a Reporting Associate to support our growing Telesales team. This hybrid role will play a key part in transforming how we collect, analyze, and present performance data. We're looking for someone who enjoys digging into numbers, building reports from scratch, and finding smarter ways to track key metrics that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities :
- Manage, organize, and maintain Telesales performance reports and activity trackers.
- Build and enhance Excel-based reports to provide meaningful insights to team leaders.
- Partner closely with leadership to identify trends, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure data integrity.
- Develop new reporting tools to measure KPIs such as conversion rates, activity levels, and performance over time.
- Work within PhoneBurner (our sales platform) and other tools to extract and synthesize data.
- Process order entries accurately and efficiently, ensuring all sales are recorded in a timely manner.
- Track and reconcile sales activity to guarantee data accuracy for reporting and leadership review.
- Continuously look for opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and reduce data lag time.
- Present clear, actionable reports and insights to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications :
13 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or sales operations.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.Proven ability to gather data from multiple sources and produce accurate, easy-to-read reports.Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with leaders and team members.A detail-oriented mindset with an eye for efficiency and improvement.Experience with PhoneBurner or similar CRM / reporting platforms a plus.Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Compensation Range $45,000 - $50,000 USD
