Summary

We are looking for a Senior Creative Execution Specialist to support the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role focuses on executing creative updates, managing review workflows, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of marketing materials in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, solid project execution skills, and the ability to balance creative and operational priorities. You will contribute to the end-to-end marketing process—evaluating requests, preparing content updates, and ensuring compliance with legal, brand, and quality standards—while working closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, creative production, or campaign execution (Direct Mail, Email, or Digital channels).
  • Experience managing creative workflows, production timelines, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Skilled in project management, multitasking, and managing competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on coaching and process improvement.
  • Key Responsibilities / Required Skills

  • Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to business goals and timelines.
  • Evaluate marketing requests and prepare updates to creative materials using content management or self-service editing tools.
  • Ensure that all campaign assets follow branding, legal, and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and creative teams to manage reviews and approvals.
  • Communicate effectively with external agency partners for out-of-scope creative edits or updates.
  • Track deliverables, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain version control across campaign materials.
  • Assist in testing and validating updates to maintain channel integrity and customer experience quality.
  • Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience in financial services marketing or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and digital asset management tools.
  • Proven experience implementing process improvements or workflow automation initiatives.
