Job Description
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Education : Associate or Bachelor’s degree from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA) .
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years clinical dental hygiene experience.
- Licensure : Active, unrestricted dental hygiene license in any U.S. state or territory.
- Certification :
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (in-person course only).
- Radiography certification
