Position : RN-Pediatrics (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Pediatrics for a 13-week contract in Brownsville, Texas — earn up to ($1539 - $1620 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
Monitor patient progress and document changes in medical records accurately.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Maintain high visibility of work activity and achieve set performance targets.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Contribute to a positive team environment while being accountable for personal success.
Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Utilize data and pipelines to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Adapt to changing environments and patient needs with a growth-oriented mindset.
Provide emotional support to patients and families during hospital stays.
Experience / Qualifications
Possess a valid RN license for Texas with pediatric specialization.
Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience in a hospital setting.
Ability to work effectively within a team to develop patient care plans.
Experience in administering medications and treatments as per physician's orders.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records and documentation systems.
Strong communication skills for effective patient and family education.
Proficient in utilizing data to assess and improve care outcomes.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs.
