We have an opportunity for an  experienced Traveling Project Manager with HVAC project   success  to plan, lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects ($5+ million) from inception to completion across the United States. As our company continues to expand, we want you to grow and develop with us!

About You :

  • KNOWLEDGEABLE : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience; in-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required
  • EXPERIENCED :  Extensive previous experience in HVAC large projects ($5+ million) with demonstrated success
  • A LEADER :  Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams
  • A COMMUNICATOR :  Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
  • ADAPTABLE :  Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
  • FLEXIBLE :  Travel to client sites frequently – assigned projects will be across the United States; 20 – 40% travel required with additional travel as necessary

  • PLAN & PREPARE :   Oversee a specific project or a wide range of different projects from beginning to end
  • PRIORITIZE :   Control a variety of projects at different stages of work
  • LEAD :   Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
  • PERFORM :   Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
  • SERVICE :   Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
