job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGraduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing School Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills LPNs that work in home care environments must have reliable daily transportation and will be required to maintain insurance, acceptable driving record according to HFHS Policy 4.09, and meet fingerprinting eligibility standards. Demonstrates clinical competence.
