Dietary Aide : Great Opportunity!!

Bethany Gardens Skilled Nursing Facility , Rome N.Y. is currently seeking Dietary Aides,

part time positions available . Schedule may include rotating of weekends, evening shifts or Legal Holiday’s. This is an opportunity to work in a great environment where you can make enhance the quality of life on a daily basis of our wonderful residents!

Must ba able to work days and Evenings

We are willing to train candidates who are eager & motivated to learn.

Salary & benefits are based upon experience.

Experience in Long Term Care is preferred

Position includes but not limited to the following duties :

Working on Tray-Line

Preparing of foods for meals & other various events

Preparing snacks & nourishments for residents according to diet

Washing of Dishes, pots & pans

Sweeping & Mopping of floors

Properly rotating Stock Room items

Assisting with deliveries as needed

Ensuring fridge & freezer is appropriately stocked

Disposing of trash within Facility Guidelines

Ensure a clean & orderly environment

Requirements :

Experience in Long Term Care is preferred but not a must

Good communication skills

Being alert & able to identify issues that may arise

Appropriate Dress

Establish & maintain a high level for customer-service
