What You’ll Do :

• Manage the full cycle of multifamily apartment construction , from groundbreaking through final delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Lead construction teams and subcontractor crews to deliver projects on time and within budget .
• Manage project timelines, budgets, inspections, procurement, and job site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, company standards, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with development and design teams during preconstruction to optimize build strategy and value engineering.
• Monitor performance metrics, track construction progress, and proactively resolve site issues.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and project development initiatives.
