Private Family Seeking Experienced Nanny for Infant Care Location :

  • Miami, FL Schedule : Full-time, including overnight care as needed Travel : Required every 1-2 months (valid passport necessary) Compensation :  $90,000 - 100,000 per year depending on experience (1099 contract, includes 7 days of paid vacation and 7 days of PTO per year), with possibility of negotiation to add Healh insurance.

Job Overview :

  • A private family is seeking a highly experienced and professional nanny specializing in newborn and infant care.
  • The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of professional childcare experience with expertise in sleep training, feeding routines, and developmental milestone tracking.
  • The role requires flexibility for overnight care, structured scheduling, and frequent travel.
  • Discretion and a commitment to privacy are essential.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Daily Infant Care – Provide attentive and secure care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and bathing, while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Overnight Support – Assist with night wakings and implement healthy sleep routines.
  • Developmental Activities – Engage the baby in age-appropriate learning experiences and track key developmental milestones.
  • Household Contributions – Organize the baby’s items, prepare bottle / nutritious meals, and uphold hygiene standards.
  • Travel Assistance – Accompany the family on domestic and international trips to ensure seamless care and comfort.
  • Previous travel experience is a MUST.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional childcare experience, with a focus on newborn and infant care.
  • Strong expertise in sleep training, feeding routines, and early childhood development.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overnights, as needed.
  • Availability to travel every 1-2 months for extended periods (valid passport required).
  • Strong professional references from long-term placements in private households.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide regular updates on the child’s well-being and development.
  • Commitment to maintaining family privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Must be fluent in English; bilingual english and spanish is a plus, preferably with Hispanic or Latin American Background.
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
