The Material Room Team Leader will primarily oversee specific work assignments, schedule team members, and ensure consistency between accounting records and physical inventory. This role demands a keen attention to detail and the ability to verify the execution and confirmation of work based on work orders. The Team Leader will also take on additional responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications :
A high school diploma or equivalent. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience in material handling or inventory management. Candidates with 2 years of experience coupled with specialized training and / or certification may also be considered.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of fire safety protocols and guidelines is crucial.
