The 32nd Avenue Building is part of a comprehensive healthcare system that serves as a Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. The facility features 11 operating rooms, endoscopy, interventional radiology, catheterization lab, radiology, and obstetrics departments.

Opportunity : CRNA - Anesthetist

Join a collaborative team of 28 full-time CRNAs and 10 Anesthesiologists providing comprehensive anesthesia care across multiple specialty areas.

Job Details :

• Perform clinical anesthesia duties with direct responsibility for patient care
• Provide on-call coverage as assigned, including weekends and 1-2 holidays per year
• Prioritize anesthetic decisions and administer agents following established protocols
• Communicate patient status effectively to healthcare team members
• Coordinate staff coverage, assignments, and breaks in the surgical area
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles across the life span
• Assess and interpret patient data relative to age-specific needs
• Demonstrate leadership through committee involvement and team projects
• Contribute to education, research, and performance improvement initiatives
• Participate in professional organizations and community activities
• Ensure patients and families are partners in anesthesia care planning
• Position includes an $80k bonus
• Requirements : Graduate of accredited nursing and nurse anesthesia programs, ND RN license, AANA certification, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
