Ready to hit the road with a company that values precision, professionalism, and people? EFC International is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Non-CDL Delivery Driver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in exceeding customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate a variety of vehicles, including flatbed and pickup trucks, to deliver goods safely and on time.
  • Load and unload deliveries carefully to prevent damage.
  • Navigate efficient routes to stay on schedule and keep customers satisfied.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and performance.
  • Verify orders and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the warehouse team with inventory, heavy lifting, and other duties as needed.
  • Operate forklifts when required.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience driving flatbed or box trucks in a commercial setting.
  • Valid Class E driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Experience with manual transmissions is a plus.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items daily.
  • Forklift certification is a bonus (training can be provided).
  • Previous warehouse or moving experience is a plus.
